1. Entries close June 4th , and articles to be exhibited must be in place by Wednesday, June 9th at 2:00 p.m. Articles can also be brought in Tuesday night, June 8th from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Plant & Flower articles must be in place before 12:00 noon, Thursday, June 10th. Items exhibited must remain on display until the close of the Fair on Sunday, June 13th. The Home & Garden Division will close at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon in order to prepare for pickup by exhibitors. All items are to be picked up after 4:00 p.m.
No exhibits will be accepted after the above mentioned hours. No Refunds. No substitutions
2. Fees: $1.00 per entry (taxes included) Note: Entry fees will double after deadline date. NO MORE THAN THREE ENTRIES PER CLASS.
3. An exhibitor may receive no more than two prizes in any one class.
4. 12 articles must be entered before a free week pass can be given to an exhibitor. One week pass each additional 12 entries. Passes will be given upon receipt of articles on Wednesday.
7. All exhibitors must be responsible for their own exhibits. The Association will not assume responsibility for removal, packing and shipping.
8. All articles exhibited will be at the sole risk of the exhibitor.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare pastry – cut in circles and line 3-inch tart pans. Combine balance of ingredients. Spoon mixture into unbaked shells, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes or until filling is set. Yield (12) 3” tarts.

TEA BISCUITS
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg beaten
2/3 cup milk
Mix dry ingredients in bowl, cut in shortening until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and milk and stir with a fork until just mixed. Turn out on floured surface and knead about 20 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a cutter or a glass. Bake at 450F for 10 to 12 minutes.
