1.   Entries must be in the Secretary’s office by May 28th, 2010.  Entries made after the closing date will have an additional $2.00 charge per entry and the entry  will not be listed in the horse program.

2.   If only one horse is entered in any one class, the class will be cancelled, the       exhibitors will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded. 

3.   Light and heavy horse division exhibitors are requested to have their horses

      on the grounds by noon on Friday, June 11th.

4.  There will be no cross-entering between sections.

5.   No entry substitutions. When making entries you  must provide  the horse name for each class.

6.  A $5.00 deposit will be collected for your number.  This $5.00 will be

      refunded upon return to the office.

7.  All exhibitors must use horse stalls.   Light Horse stall rental  - $20.00 per                       stall.

8.  All decisions of the judges are final.  Any complaint must be registered with the Show Secretary immediately following the class. Complaint fee - $50.00.

9.  A  photocopy of  a Coggins Test taken within the last two years, must   accompany the Entry Form.  THIS TEST IS REQUIRED

10.  Cancellations of entries may be made at any time but entry fees and stall

       rental will only be refunded on cancellations received by June 3rd.

11. TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN ENTRY FEES AND STALL RENTALS.

        

Reserved trailer hookups are available at a cost of $30.00 (taxes

included) /hookup for the duration  of the fair.  Please indicate on your entry form if you require a hookup and the length of your trailer.

 

 

   If you need any supplies of hay, straw or shavings during the fair please place your order on your entry form. No supplies will be available during the fair unless ordered in advance.

SECTION  10 - DRAFT HORSE DIVISION

Entries close May 28th, 2010  

Entry Fees : 20% of prize winnings.  Participation prizes for all exhibitors.

 Box Stalls - $17.00, Single Stall - $8.00 (taxes inlcuded)

 1   An exhibitor may recieve no more than 2 prizes in any one class.

 2  Two capable drivers are needed on an exhibitors’ wagon in draft classes.

3   If showing in class 11(6 horse hitch) or in class12 (6 horse hitch) you

     must show in at least 4 classes per evening.

4      If a class is not shown due to weather 75% of total purse will be divided

       evenly between class entries minus entry fees.

 5   If you need any supplies of hay, straw or shavings during the fair please

      place your order on your entry form.

6.   No exhibitors may leave grounds until Sunday at 4 :00 a.m.
