1. All entries must be in the office of the Secretary on or before June 5th, 2010. The right is reserved to accept or refuse any entry.
2. Entries must be made on the regular form, which will be found with the prize list or will be provided by the Secretary on application.Specific \Breed and variety for each entry must be stated on the form.
3. Birds and animals entered must be in place by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 10th ,and may not be removed until after 4:00 p.m., Sunday, June 13th. Exhibits may be benched Wednesday, June 9th, by appointment.
4. One entry for each bird, except for pairs and breeding pens.
5. Entry fees are $1.00 per entry (taxes included). Entry fees will not be refunded. Entries received after June 5th will be charged $2.00 per entry.
6. Poultry will be judged according to the American Standard of Perfection.
7. Poultry coops provided free; feed and water also furnished free.
8. No exhibits will be admitted unless entry has been made.
9. Where two or more of the same variety or sex are being shown, leg bands should be used to avoid mistake.
10. Judging will start at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 11tth.
11. Birds in pairs and pens not to compete in individual classes, and vice-versa. Also, birds shown in pairs not eligible to show in pens, and vice-versa.
12. All specimens must be bona fide property of exhibitor and an exhibitor may not lift more than 2 prizes in any class.
13. The judge maintains the privilege of withholding a prize in any class where he feels that there is no specimen sufficiently qualified to receive it.
14. All exhibits entered at owner’s own risk.
15. No owner identification of any kind to be placed on exhibits until judging is finished.
16. If you need any supplies of hay, straw or shavings during the fair, please place your order on your entry form.
